Does anyone know what forms I need or how to start this process without using a lawyer? We cannot afford a lawyer and I have spoken with the Florida Bar Assoc Attorneys and he tried to explain to me that the person in our home is a squatter since they do not pay rent, any bills, don't have house keys to our home, etc and that we would need to file an unlawful detainer vs an eviction. He also stated we first have to serve her with a notice to vacate giving her "x" amount of days to remove herself and all of her possessions before legal action is taken & then if she doesn't leave, file the unlawful detainer. Can anyone guide us on the wording for that first letter to vacate and what forms we need for the unlawful detainer? She moved in briefly to help care for my grandmother (her biological mother) during her last months of life and she will not leave. Her name is not on the home, it is only in my grandfather (she is his step daughter) & grandmother's name (as joint tenants w/ rights of survivorship, so it is now 100% my grandfathers home)  and my grandfather and her do not get along; he wants her gone. Any help is appreciated here. Thank you!

To piggy back off of this post...does anyone know what forms I need to start an unlawful detainer process on my own? We cannot afford a lawyer and I cannot seem to find the forms I need to file this for a squatter. We live in Pasco County. Any help is appreciated :) thank you
