Unlawful Detainer Action for Squatters in Florida

I recently purchased a foreclosed home in an auction in Land O Lakes,  Florida (Pasco County).  It was occupied when I won auction and due to the fact that the occupants did not reply to previous postings left by the Realtor and the fact that they never answer door or talk to neighbors, I suspect they are professional squatters.  I have not closed on the property yet so I cannot approach the occupants until later in the month when I own it.   In my mind I have 3 options and looking for advice.

1. Pay a lawyer a $1,500 retainer to handle the Unlawful Detainer Action.

2. Wait until I close and offer the occupants a cash for keys deal if they leave the property clean and intact.

3.  Handle the Unlawful Detainer Action myself through the Pasco County Clerk of Court.

Any insight or suggestions are greatly appreciated.  I close on 6/17/16 so I have a little time.

Regardless of the "occupied,do not trespass...." language I always knock on the door prior to bidding to see what I'll be dealing with, and maybe strike up a workable relationship......it's not too late.
