Quote from @Zeeshan S.:

Have you tried SMS marketing? It’s been incredibly effective for reaching motivated sellers and building an investor list. It feels more personal and has higher response rates than social media posts. If you're interested, I can share some tips or strategies that have worked well for others!

Hello Zeeshan! I would be interested in hearing about your tips and strategies. Please send me a private message. Thanks!

There are pockets of radon gas all over the Triangle area. One house may have it, and the houses next door to them do not. The readings can also change during different times of the year. There are a lot of homes in North Carolina that have mitigation systems installed. I would still purchase it, however the best advise that I can give you is to periodically check the fan/blower on the mitigation system. They do in time stop working and need to be replaced. Obviously if they stop working, the mitigation system isn't working either.

Hello Benjamin,

The traditional multi-family units such as a duplex or triplex are rather rare in the Triangle area, however, house hacking is common and lucrative.

Since we have many large companies moving into the Triangle area over the next several years, now is the perfect time to start looking and getting ready for the people who are relocating to the area. Currently, we have an average of 67 people moving into Wake County each and every day. Rentals are gone as fast as they are listed.

I am an investor friendly Real Estate Agent / Broker covering the Triangle and surrounding areas. If I can be of further assistance to you and your wife, I would love to help and work with you. Please feel free to reach out to me even if you need help with a recommendation for a vendor.

My best,
Cathy
