I think the bird dog should get paid by the home up on closing and paid by check out of escrow. I don't think a bird dog would accept credit cards base on fraud and charge backs.

I am ashamed of you to say all are illegal that sit out in front of HD. Everyone was saying the same thing here in Dallas and one morning, I was an HD on Garland RD and ICE were there, and I ask one what are they going to do if one is illegal he said we will take him with us, so I stood back and watch them at work and out of 23 they only took 2 away.

Some of what you are saying is true. If you ask Home Depot about a contractor, they will say pick and choose anyone standing outside that does not mean that Home Depot is responsible for the contractor's action.
