Does anyone know of good companies in Arizona that I can contact? We are at the feasibility stage and need help determining the best way forward for the land we have in Maricopa, Arizona. We are considering building and holding townhomes but need to determine the costs.

Marcus, I have learned about Wholesale before. With the cap rates out here, are you having success? We don't have a ton of capital so are very cautious! Any suggestions on the process that may work for our situation? Howdy! I am Cat from Phoenix, AZ! I started my RE Investing journey in 2023 learning from some people who are already successful in the business. This past year I have learned many things about Cap Rates, how to find deals and underwrite as well as meeting brokers, networking, seller financing, hard money, etc.. Along the way, I even met some like-minded folks who already are experienced in notes, construction, residential investing, and land. All has been a positive experience so far! This group of mine is now looking toward finding our way to multifamily buy and holds and wholesaling and maybe even flips.
