He is still selling his trash to investors all over the US and claiming it is fully rehabbed and in livable condition! Don't believe a WORD he says!

FBI Sets Up Karen Hanover Victim Hotline – Please come forward

FBI released a press news yesterda asking anyone that is a victim to karen Hanover or her Fast Track program or any of her bootcamp victims please step forward and discuss the matter and file your complaint with them. There is now a hotline set up for her and all her victims at 310-477-6565.

This is a great time for all victims to be able to come forward and not feel Threaten By Karen Hanover or her legal team for a law suit or being bullied.

If you like to recover your money please step forward and make sure you file your case.

There are 4 of us who were scammed by Travis Peterson!
I want to get a class action lawsuit against him. HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! He's still pitching his PERFECT pitch to scam a roomful of people.

HIS PROPERTY MANAGER, TONYA SHIRELLE, who is a Business life coach AND Arthur of "Circumstances" is a fraud too! She's collecting rent and stating the property is VACANT! She's has every single excuses and lies!

Not only am I scammed by Travis Peterson on this junk I purchase, his property manager is the same.. scammers work with scammers!

Do you have other information on Travis? A group of us are looking to sue him for Fraud. He used Platinum to sale the properties to us and promised using Michigan Elie to buy back if we are not satisfied!

I have an investor friend picking up patio homes in Riverside, CA for around $50,000 and renting them out for $1,200 a month. Lots of opportunity out in that area. Much better than the Visalia/Fresno area (I own 10 houses in the Visalia/Tulare/Fresno Market. I can't wait to sell them and buy elsewhere.)



What does patio homes mean? Homes with patio? What part of Riverside are you talking about! I would love to pick it up for $50k and receiving that rent. Any details will help. Thanks

City of POmona is a good place because it has a university as well as a working class city...so section 8 will be good.

I have a 4 plex in Visalia, CA (close to Fresna, CA) that is under contract. I just recevd the agreements.. it's $600 (section 8), $600 (section 8), $550 and one vacant.
i will have a mtg on it about $950 a month.
Do you think it's a good deal in this area?
I know it's mainly agricultural area and now the farmers are NOT doing well.
Any input will help. thanks

Yip! Ditto! He sold me a house and HE RAN AFTER CLOSE OF ESCROW. That sh#tty house, it vacant and it's been almost a year! I was one of the lucky ones!
