Looks like there is a class at CSU Fullerton. For ten long years I've wondered what to do with those last two of college, and this seems like a good idea as the re bug has bitten hard.

What jobs (besides the obvious sales agent) are available?

Thanks
David

I've been looking through land/developement listings, but without knowing the cost to build on a given site it's tough to say the least!! ;-)

I don't care whatcha got: commercial, residential, etc... And yes I know there are a million and one variables here.

For example, I went out shopping with someone in this game a long time the other day. he was looking to build self-storage in Los Angeles and I was suprised to hear that the building alone is $60 a foot for self-storage!! Yikes! It's nothing but a garage made of cinder blocks.

Thanks
David

I'm new here, and to RE, except for all the books at the library and the TONS of info online. I think my head will soon explode from the info overload, but it's fascinating to me and at 31 y/o this is the first thing in my life that has grabbed me as what I really want to do with myself...

If anyone has any usefull links for me to add to my collection, I'd really appreciate it!
