Hey Folks - Looking to purchase some land in the coming months and having trouble finding a surveyor with time.  I currently have a quote with a lead time of March 2021.  Does anyone have any contacts in this area that they wouldn't mind sharing to help keep things moving on my side?

Hey all

Looking to start my passive income real estate journey. We currently own our home in Sanford NC which is roughly 15 minutes from the largest US military base (Fort Bragg). We are looking to rent this house while buying a few along the way. Being newer to the real estate game i would love to buy some folks lunch and understand more about the market, trends, good and bad areas, and develop a relationship for future investments if possible.

I'm into single family homes for retirement

I'm into multifamily (4+ units) for cash flow income

I'm into self storage

Just not sure which route is best for me and my family.
