Thanks Josh.  Pittsburgh does seem like a great area to invest in.  I chose PA as one of the states to invest in because of so many opportunities.  I guess I need to focus on one or two areas where a PM would be happy to service.

Bethlehem came up in my research but the market seems mature. I'm hoping to form a team to help me identify the market. My plan is BRRRR.

Hello,

I'm a newbie REI want to invest in Pennsylvania. Almost all good REI books recommend that I build a good team first. I would love to connect with reputable REI friendly Property Managers, Real Estate Brokers, Contractors etc., in Pennsylvania.

Ready for 2-3 deals but please be patient with my potentially slow decisions making on my first few deals.

Thanks much!

Hello GA REIs. As a new REI, I am also interested in learning about great places to invest in GA. Looking for MFR/SFR with great upside potential and cash flow. Any suggestions for investment areas would be much appreciated. Also any recommendations for PMs would be great too.

Thanks much!

Hey @Sean Beksinski , take this with a grain of salt because I'm a newbie REI and probably don't know what I'm talking about. But, I've lived long enough to know value when I see one. You're a plumber, which I would imagine is a valuable resource to anyone in REI business. Offer your plumbing skills in exchange for mentorship. I would imagine all the REI gurus would gladly take you on.

Cheers,

Casey

Newbie investor here.  Anyone investing in the Buffalo area?  Would love to hear your thoughts.  Also any good PM out there?

Thanks,

Casey
