@Jon Crosby mostly Vegas, but wouldn’t mind talking to a Reno agent also.

Along with being an investor, I still work a 9-5 job and my husband is a stay at home realtor. Im currently a leasing coordinator and recently, I was awarded the IREM scholarship for a CPM (certified property manager). To get this certification I have to take on way more responsibility and at my current position, it's not possible.

I started to apply for Property Manager positions at Apartment Communities, but it seems they are turning down my resume because I only have 5 years experience in SFH Property Management with no education/certifications.

Do you think it will be possible to get a Property Manager job, before I complete the certification?

I know I could apply for a Leasing Coordinator at an Apartment Community and work my way up, but it would be a huge pay cut because most companies only pay that position around $12/hr in my area.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! ☺️

@Austin C Mulholland

I live in Clarksville, TN and used and the FHA loan to buy a brand new quadplex. We live in one unit and rent out the other.

Your agent might be going off what the lender told them because the first lender told us no, but we went to a different lender for a second opinion and they were able to do it.

Feel free to message me if you have questions. I’m a Nashville Native that grew up in West Nashville!

Post: How is the market in Biloxi, MS?

@Pat Heidingsfelder

We were actually in Biloxi when they were having a town meeting about AirBnB. A lot of the local residents at an apartment complex right outside of the base were upset about it. We decided then, not to go the AirBnB route.

I would like to know if there is a good market for multi family properties for sale. We prefer quadplexes, but also interested in a duplex or triplex.

Also, what’s the average days on market for an updated townhouse for rent? By updated, I mean new floors, appliances, paint.

Would you be able to set me up on an auto notification for multi families?

My husband and I are currently located in Clarksville, TN. We have invested a lot in Clarksville but we have talked about moving to Biloxi, MS.

Our plan is to find a multi family and live in one of the units and rent out the others.

If you are familiar with Biloxi and have any info on the market for sales and rentals or the general area, we would appreciate it!

I have been looking at buying a 360 camera. They have a couple on Amazon for around $300.

Do you have any recommendation for 360 cameras and virtual tour software for beginners?
