Hello,

I live within an hour of the Minneapolis metro and I own almost 100 apt units. I bought my first property at 19, 3 1/2 years ago. I have made all purchases but 1 from cold calling landlords and asking "want to sell?"

There are a handful of properties that are professionally managed and I cannot find the owner because the taxes are the management company's name and address (same with sec of state website), they of course management companies   will not share owners info. I've called the county recorder too and asked who's name is recored on the mortgage, and this too is a dead end.

Any thoughts on how I can track down the owner without the classic answers that I've already tried like sec of state, property tax statement etc.?
