Any tips on how to find/market to owner finance buyers that have brought you success? For example, finding a buyer for a home that has a 500-600k purchase price, 3-3.5k in monthly payments, and 10% down. Thanks in advance for the help

@Gilberto Rodriguez if you go on furnish finder's site as someone looking to find a place to stay in SA you can see a map of all the homes available in your area. This can help give you an idea of what what type of rate you could get for your house.

It's also a plus that your close to Randolph AFB too. That location may be appealing to military families relocating that need a temporary place to stay while house hunting

Hey @Jackie Diaz, @Kenny Smith listed the a great place with furnish finder. It's one of the most popular listing platforms for traveling professionals, especially travel nurses. I would list it on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com as well...the more channels you can use to market your listing the better. You can tweak the availability and minimum nights settings pretty easily too to adjust for who you're looking to market to

As for a property manager, I would check in local STR facebook groups to use current operator's experiences with certain companies as a way to vet them. They usually take a decent size percentage of the gross monthly profits so that would be something to take into consideration as well

That's incredible, thanks Lee!

After finishing the process for KBKG or DIY Cost Seg, how long did it take for them to get the results of the study back to you?

Hello Ellis, I'm a licensed agent living in San Antonio at the moment. I do work with investors and wholesalers, were you still looking for opportunities in the area?
