there are just so many possibilities and I really like the idea of buying it all cash and then doing a refinance cashout and then never running out of money sounds too good to be true

thank all of you guys I really appreciate you guys responding to my message it was very nice of you I didn't think that someone would respond so quickly and you guys all gave great advice now I'm going to have to do more research and think about what I will be doing

I have the money to buy a home but I was wondering if it would be a better idea to leverage my money and just put down 20 percent and take a loan for the rest?

I'm a registered Nurse but I own a few homes in university city and I'm looking to purchase a few more homes to increase my passive income.

I was thinking around 70k. I own 2 homes in university city but it's too expensive to buy any more in that area.

What about upper darby right outside of philly is that a good place to invest?

I looking to buy in the Philadelphia area any ideas of good locations?
