Would you consider Tampa a good real estate investing area for someone out of state?   What areas would people recommend?  Seems like a growing city with lots of young people moving there.

Are condos in Downtown Denver a good purchase?  I've been reading mixed things.  Regarding buying in Denver.  Think things will dip or just continue to go up since so many people are moving here?  Considering moving to downtown/cheeseman/cap hill and then using my house in the north suburbs as a rental.  Then possibly moving again in 2 years.  Nomad strategy.

Anybody recommend any sites to find adult professional roommates in metro Denver? Considering renting out a room in my home.

Thanks!

thanks for your input.  When you say outside of downtown does that include cap hill area/speer area?  So much info to sift through.... :)

I'm curious how Denver investors feel about condos in Denver.  It seems like you need quite a lot of money down to be able to cash flow a single family home but condos in the park areas are more within reach.  I've heard mixed opinion about condos  generally but wondering about  Denver specifically.  Just beginning to research real estate investing.  TIA for your time.
