I have a lead on a house in Spring Hill, FL. I cannot get in touch with the Seller. Seller lives in SANTA ANA, CA. I would like someone to physically knock on her door to try to get a hold of her. I will pay a referral fee if I close on it!

Ask for a copy of the title report. If you don't understand it, ask them if it's clean. They likely won't close unless its clean.
