A buyer approached me about a property in Jackson, MS.  The buyer is proposing 60% down and 40% owner finance.  I'm looking for loan service recommendations.

@Paul Winka - I have some properties in S. Jackson.  Do you know any good property managers that will work in that area?  I've had three and all have been horrible.

Does anyone have property in south Jackson, MS?  I'm looking for a property manager recommendation.

I'm interested in selling a small portfolio of single family houses in South Jackson.  I want to do an outright sale - no owner financing, no creative financing.  Has anyone worked with a reputable broker or wholesaler in the area they recommend?

@Chris Davidson I'm starting to think that selling the LLC may be a viable option. Do you have a little time to talk about this? Or a referral to a trusted lawyer that could be a resource to explore this option?
