I have been doing as much research as possible before jumping into an investment property in PA.  Not sure if this is just the pessimist in me or just making sure i dont screw myself over in the future...but what is the deal with tax transfers in PA?  How does this work?

@Beck Joyner thank you for responding back! I just need to be shcooled on the areas in PA where I can purchase a multi family home with a great cap rate ( I will not occupy)  I do not know much about PA except for the Wilkes Barre area since I go there often.  However I have heard about high vacancy rate; but I don't know these things and would like to know more things like this that I need to look out for.

I sold my business and I am interested In buying property for rental purposes.  I first wanted a vacation home in Orlando to also use whenever i go visit and it being a huge touristic area i felt like it was a good idea; but I feel like something i am able to drive to as my first time is ideal.  I have been looking in PA (Scranton, Harrisburg, Reading, Allentown) since their prices are more doable for me with hopes of continuing to purchase more properties in the future.  I am hoping I can pick someone's brain in this journey I am ready to take.
