Hello Kobe,

I just started in the Mortgage industry early last year. So far based on my experience as a Loan Partner and working with a Broker, who are also investors themselves has giving me a great outlook on how to find deals and best strategy to finance those deals. I would suggest that moving over to LO will help you gain that knowledge on how to finance challenging scenarios while at the same time help other people with similar scenarios. Also being on the lending side also allows you to be more virtual as being an agent you have to be at listings. Best of luck with your future endeavors.

Hello Robbie,

Yes you can use FHA as long its your primary address and after 12 months you can refi out and have it available for use again. This is a common strategy many investors use to continue to buy their next property with low down payment.

if your 1099 you only need one year for conventional. @Albert Bui @Matthew Kwan
