Ok, so i got my first approved offer for a duplex ! price 23k ARV 200k+ needs total rehab ! Inside and out Was caught on fire 2800 square foot duplex ! My problem is my buyer wants to see the property Tomorrow and obviously i will have to give him address to meet him there . Im meeting the seller monday to sign contract. So should i risk the deal by giving him address or get contract signed first !

@Jay Hinrichs I’m a wholesaler. Yes, they are selling a property but don’t want to sign agreement. They say they want to Have their Attorney present instead then have Attorney do the title exchange.

I have a property that’s is worth 75 k ARV and I’m asking 10 k problem is seller won’t sign my purchase and sale agreement contract . It’s one page . The seller insists we go through is his Attorney and his only ! Doesn’t want to sign contract says his word is good and can have his lawyer present when is comes to switching title . My question is WHAT AM I MISSING here. I was under the Impression title company needed to be involve unless lawyer is good enough ??

Ok, so there a house thats in a 176k area house caught in fire . And is listed with agent . Question is CAN I THE WHOLE SELLER still make an offer ? I’m sure the deal won’t go as smoothe as just dealing with home owner.
