I will agree with @Marlene Sanchez, there are great opportunities in the Concord and Kannapolis markets, it's been growing throughout the year and inventory is 0.6 months now.

Hello @Nhan N. I believe FHA is the same across the board: 3.5% down payment, upfront PMI finance into the loan and remains for the life of the loan, primary residence only for purchase or refinance, buyer may purchase multi-family 1-4units but must occupy one of the units.
