Hello All, Hope all is well. I have a question for some fellow Baltimore real estate investors and wholesalers. How is your luck with Bandit Signs? I heard someone at a reia talking about how Baltimore is strict with bandit Signs and tend to give fines. They said that sometimes you have more chances of not getting fined by posting them up on the weekends. Wanted to know people's thoughts on Bandit Signs In the Baltimore area? Thank you for your help and hope all have a great night. Best Regards, Carlos Miranda

Hello BP Community,

Hope all is well. I have a question about pulling comps. Is there a site that I can access Comps for sold houses in the Baltimore City and County area as a real estate investor. In New York there are sites like propertyshark.com that you can use to run comps. I tried on that site for Maryland properties and there is no access for that state. Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Hello All, I am Carlos Miranda of Brooklyn, NY and I am going to begin buy and hold investing in Baltimore City and County. I want to form a LLC to purchase my properties with, and create a website and begin marketing. So my question is, I am trying to create a LLC and they are asking me for an official address and it has to be in the state of Maryland. I currently reside in Brooklyn and don't have a residence yet in the state of Maryland. They are saying that I can't use a P.O Box, as well. Does anyone have any suggestions or alternative way I can create the LLC since I currently have my official address in Brooklyn? Is there anyway I can rent or access a mailbox? Thank you in advance and have a great rest of your day. Best Regards, Carlos Miranda
