Thanks @James Wise, I do plan on getting licensed eventually, I just want to be able to build the funds needed for all the expenses involved with getting licensed. It's definitely on my list of things I want to get accomplished!

Hey guys! I am a local wholesaler/ investor in the Cleveland and my partner works out of the Columbus area. I'm new to BiggerPockets and would love to network and meet some great people on here. My partner and I are always looking to expand, network, and just learn as much as we can while having fun with the business. Any helpful advice or even criticism is welcome!
