@Armando Gonzalez We would love to partner up with other wholesalers. I agree that it would definitely help us get a feel for the market there. Out here in Columbus can be competitive at times, but also seller motivation isn't always there. My partner and I are always willing to JV on deals as well. Thank you guys so much for all the advice

@Ryan Blake Thank you so much. We haven't decided on a specific area as of yet. Still in the process of trying to figure that part out. I will definitely do some more research and I'll also look into that title company too :) Texas is huge, so we wanna make sure we get this right and start in the right area. I really appreciate it. 

I guess I'd start by asking about recommendations on title agents. I'm still doing research on the market out there. I'd also love to hear about anyone's experience wholesaling in Texas and it would be awesome to connect with other wholesalers too

Hey everyone!

I'm a wholesaler and together with my partner, we work out of Cleveland and Columbus (but we also do business where ever we find it).

Mine and my partner's goal is to be able to work in real estate full time. We want to be able to provide for our families and gain a little financial freedom so we can change our lives. 

Anyways, I've only been on BiggerPockets for a little bit but I have already made some great connections. The number of properties we've been able to put under contract has been increasing, and I want to do the same with the amount of people we network with! I'm open to talk to anyone and take any advice and tips. Also wanting to meet investors in the area and find out how we can help each other out!
