@Don Konipol

The CRE I purchase would serve as collateral for the loan. A team of strategic and intellectual capital would be used. My contacts track record we allow me to have the success. The start-up funds would go to marketing campaigns in the Bronx and Westchester, NY, also Newark, NJ to off market apartment building. The name of my company is REI globe.

I need seed money to plant the tree, there are many opportunities in NYC, especially the bronx

I have a business plan and good strategic model to generate leads and close deals on multi-family. Would I be able to raise funds for a CRE investment business?

NYC being the one the most competitive markets for apartment investors, what are some strategies that can generate some leads of apartment buildings that can be brought at good cap rates and price.

Anyone might know of investors or apartment owners that might know how to access or discover these opportunities in NYC?

I want to locate serious multifamily buyers I mean, either private or institutional . What are best ways to find these multifamily buyers (clients)? What are some questions I should ask? How should a process and store data?

This post went unanswered. I guess no one knows! or willing to share.
