I'm just buying 1 unit so insurance will be cover by the HOA.

I still playing little league ball and here in miami prices are very high and we have a lot of foreign investors with lots of cash so getting a property is not easy.

Thank you guys for all your help

I been shopping around and the best offer I got so far is People Trust that is offering me a landlord insurance with 300k liability and 170k dwelling for about 1000 dollars a year. For south florida that's not bad keeping in mind that we are one of the top cities on insurance fraud.

hello everyone, I am new in real estate investment and I have some questions about landlord insurance.

I currently have a house rented that's is producing some decent cash flow and I'm in the process of buying an apartment. I'm not sure if I should get landlord insurance to protect myself in case of any liabilities.

Please I would love to hear your point of view.
