I've recently moved to Los Angeles, California and currently looking for any meet ups with anyone who has experience in Wholesaling. I'd love to learn from those has done it or is currently doing it. 

My goal is to potentially gain a Mentor whom I can learn from. Looking forward to hearing about any upcoming meet up's soon.

I'll love to learn somethings about Probate Investing. Would be nice to learn somethings from some of you whom may specialize in this field. I'm very interested in Wholesaling and have been reading up on Probate Investing being a better form.
