Thank you guys for the feedback, At this point I have 15k of my own money without safe fund (will be saving for a half year of bills) I found a few homes in Paterson and Newark New Jersey area is not that great but close to Nyc so rents are still pretty high One was a 3 family for 100k but needs work I would say over 40k. The other is 140k 3 family as well needs very little work from what I can see. I don't plan to live in them since I still live with my parents so I only pay 300 in rent and I make about 40k a year I do have students loans loans of 13k that I could finish paying within 4-5 months Please let me know any more feedback

Hey so I been doing some research on 0 down no money flips but it's still very general. I'm looking at homes in New York around 200k and neighboring state New Jersey, homes in a specific area I'm looking at start at around 80-120k I have also been taking real state courses to get more aquatinted with the business. I do have a partner as well but he has just about the same money I do, but an advantage is that he has a lot of experience at remodeling homes.

Hey guys I'm new at this, I'm looking to get in to flipping, I live in New York City I have roughly 20k liquid and I have a 780 credit score, any ideas on how to start

I always see this shows on how to flip real state without using your own money is that true ?

Or do I need a ton of money to get starter

I'm also very well acquainted with contractors and developers since most of my family and friends are in that industry.

Any feedback is appreciated
