Hey @Robert Steele I am new to this area, but have spoken to a few folks that tell me getting homes, in general, but especially in Mckinney are flying off the shelf's with people paying well above asking price to get the home. Do you have any experience with that in this area? Thanks in advance.

Hello BP world,

We (my fiance' and our pups) recently moved to the North Dallas area, and very quickly we noticed how crazy real estate is in this area. Currently, we rent an apt but I stumbled upon the BP website and was inspired to begin planning our investing journey.

This seems like a great community with plentiful information we're ready to absorb.
