BTW do I need to upgrade to Pro or be on a PC in order to upload a pic? Because I'm currently unable to.

Eventually I'll be inherting my mother's house & property. I want to have the property make money so I don't have to soley rely on employment. I need guidance on how to go about doing this legally. I currently have no education on the matter and pursuing self education in addition to what ever help can be provided here.
