@Alvin Pereiva- I absolutely agree. I would say though that I have a love for the vision more so than a love for the property. I'm naturally cautious of anything that can possibly harm me in anyway without being properly prepared to take the risk. So I think we're on the same page in that regards. Thanks for the reinforcement brother

@Bryan Otteson-The financials would most likely be through the roof for my first property and I'm still studying the financial aspect of this adventure. 

Thanks for the examples that you've given. It gives me a really good financial map within my vision. 

@Greg S- "Day Dreaming" is vision whitout action. While you seem to have taken a negative and slightly unhealthy tone in advice, I tend to take diamonds from dirt. The "nothing" that you say I have is the vision. Vision is the by far one of the first and most important tools to have in starting anything. You, literally, don't have nothing if you don't have the vision. You can't reach your destination if you can't see it. With that said, I'll continue the process that I've already started of "educating myself for real opportunities in the future".

@Jonathan Orr- Great guidance. I'll contact them to get all the info I can just for practice purposes and to get familiar with the process. Until I'm solid in the basics of the real estate business, I'll reluctantly bow out and keep learning and networking. Thanks brother

@JD Martin- Good point with that Tip. I'll fall back for now so that I don't fall in a hole that I can't get out of in my very novice position. Felt good to have my first vision of what I could do with the property though. Thanks for the advice and that tip will most likey stick w/ me in the future.

I saw a peice of property, a beautiful lot for development, for sale in NJ across the street from an overlooking position of Manhattan. It's a grade A area and I have no idea what to do! I had a vision for the property immediately but I don't  know where to start and don't even know if it's a good investment or not. My heart is drawn to it but I don't know how to move. I need help! 

I'm started reading the intro on how to invest and it has a listing of things that I need to know and one of them is my "Time Line". Can anyone explain what this means?
