thank you.... oddly, i would rather loose the income than deal with a tenant that cant afford to pay the rent or doesnt understand it is illegal to bounce checks.  if i get this before they are in my asset what will they do once they get in

my new tenant's security check and first month rent bounced.  i live in nj can i void the contract?
