Thank you very much! House hacking to start, and try to wholesale to gain capital is my more focused plan. The real estate license was so that I could wholesale more than one property in IL. Always looking to connect and will work for knowledge.

I missed this event. Are you going to have another in the future? Any chance I can connect with someone to help me out? Will add value!

Just beginning. I have had analysis paralysis. Looking to really get going. Hoping to find a mentor to show me how it is done and can help me out! Will give back with added value. Just want to get going because I believe this is something I would be good at

I am looking to start by wholesaling in the Chicago-land area and I know you need a RE license for that which I am currently debating on. I do believe it will help, giving me access to the MLS and can run comps and have knowledge of the market.

Also, will be looking to house hack and buy and holds if I can get all the pieces to fall together.

Will be attending meetups to network.
Will be searching for my own deals with some local realtors. I believe I can talk to at least 5 or 6. Maybe they can source a deal.

Possibly I can source some deals from some code enforcement people and other creative places I can think of, but that will take some time and bird-dogs.

Need help with finding deals, networking whether it be with other REIs or REAs, attorneys, financial planners/funding, confidence, and knowledge.
I am determined and willing to work for this. Thanks for your time to read this.

Good evening! My name is Carl and I want to be a REI! I said it!

I am looking to start by wholesaling to start and then work my way into a house hack then buy and holds. That is the route on the map!

I would like to get out and network with a bunch of like minded individuals so that I may grow and hopefully I can provide something in return! As the statement goes, "If your the smartest one at the table, find a different table". So here I am eager to sit at a new table with you all!

Any mentors willing to help I will give back with work, deals, and splits.

Thank you all and good luck!
