Ask your Realtor if they’d be willing to discount their commission; yikes did a licensed realtor just say that? Especially true if the agent is representing both sides.

  • I've identified two development properties (in Bend, OR), both have SFR on multiple acres, within city limits. One has gone through some land use/zoning changes. I'd like to list them for sale or work with a Builder that I have begun a relationship with to Broker a deal on my own. Any recommendations for folks who could use a tax map and draft a few options for subdividing to the greatest extent possible? I'd like to be able to reference # of SFR tax lots are possible with roads and infrastructure?

Hello - Any one in Whittier, CA looking for a project? We get NOD reports from our tile/escrow peeps. These folks took out a loan of $171,000 in Nov. 2016 and aren't making payments. House is likely worth $225,000 so should be some equity and profit to work with here. The Property is located in my neighborhood - out of state owners.

If you can go knock on the door and see if they are interested in selling their house in Bend, let me know and we can discuss the details!

The VR headsets are expensive and create a feeling of disorientation, similar to vertigo. I see both aspects as barriers to effectively presenting opportunities. Maybe in a few more years we’ll see the technology work for Real Estate sales. For now Matterport seems like the best option and I e had folks that really appreciate FaceTime walkthroughs to get a ‘real feel’ for how a floor plan works. When listing I strongly rely upon at least some staging and absolutely use professional photography.
