Jessica, what type of agreement do you have with your friend regarding loan repayment terms for the money he's already taken? How close of a friend is he?

I was recently asked the same question by a friend and I told her run the other direction. My reasoning was that she had no experience and no control. She wanted to help her friend finish a project but that's an emotional decision and emotional decisions have no place in business. Her friend would be handling all purchases, repairs, and subsequent leasing. There is a lot of room there for error. In a nutshell, I'm saying that this all sounds very casual.
