my question:  does a buyer in Maryland need to get a signed release to recover their deposit if seller is no show at closing?

do your due diligence and then go for it...whichever way you choose to go will be a winner.  I just finished work on one in emerald hills and it was great for us and the investor.

Consider documenting the entire process in a thread here or on a blog like J & Carol

Aaron, have you checked your ducts to get an idea of what's in there?  Maybe just reach down into a return...  Cheers

You can't be too Type A or capitalist as long as you're true, in my opinion.

How do you get from T6 to big law? Not a lot of 3Ls are anticipating starting at $150K or above.. it's rare these days. Some firms are doing away with partner track altogether. I ask because I took the LSAT two years ago and law schoo lis an option but I keep getting great business offers and that keeps me out of school!

Since you have your edu and a solid job lined up, concentrate on fitness/wellness... make it your first priority.

The rest will come as you find your way along the journey... and remember it's the journey that's the fun part. What are you going to do with all that money?

Charles Morgan Stop worrying and start thinking... buy a big white board and lay it all out so it isn't bouncing around in your head

Make the plan and make it happen.
