Don't get me wrong Jackson has some great teachers and programs but its simply the behavior problems that knock them out the running to be ranked higher.

Hey #TheeILove! JSU in the house! Go Tigers! Hello @Susan Maneck that was very smart of you to invest in South Jackson! Jackson is an awesome rental market and the ROIs here in MS are great! With Nationwide appreciation in property values even the homes in Jackson are worth a lot of money now! Smart Move for sure! My plan is to get a few myself and build a small portfolio of properties to hold.
