Hello BP family, I am preparing to take my salesperson test to become licensed. Are there any supplements that would help me prepare and better understand the material in lamest terms? Thanks, Candice

Hello BP family, Does anyone have a suggestion of a direct mail site I can use for mailers of 1,000 plus that can fit my monthly budget of $200. I am currently using Realeflow and it is out of budget. Please help!

@Cornelius Garland

Is there a system you recommend to automatically insert the sellers information for postcards, letter etc to increase our numbers?

Also we do not currently have a follow up system.

Cornelius Garland we brought a list from lead source. We target absentee owners. We would love to hear some advice as to what we are doing wrong!

Brandon L. We are not full time as of now with real estate. We started sending out our post cards last week and we sent 100, we have placed 30 bandit signs and we spend about 10/15 hours cold calling and driving for dollars. These are weekly not daily. After driving for dollars and finding the owners we either find no number for them, a disconnected number, or they are not interested in selling.

 We send out letters and post cards, cold calling, driving for dollars, bandit signs, and we visit the county websites.
