I discovered this site form watching a youtube from a podcast with Jon Klaus and decided to join this site. I am looking to contribute information as well as gain insight on various areas of real estate. I have been a realtor for 3 years and invested in multifamily home for 7 years. My next move in real estate will be building spec homes.
