I'm looking to find comps for wholesaling deals, the thing is how do I go about that, I have heard of several software like "Property Farm" that's very useful and better than "Zillow" and the others but the thing is I am not willing to pay a fortune for this software....I know that it's not free so does anyone know where I can look for a similar software that's cheaper....and has anyone ever used Property Farm and does it work? Thx in advance!

My husband and I are in the process of getting our first wholesales property......my question is how do we get possible cash out buyers? Is there a list of buyers and what's the best strategy of maintaining a good steady buyers list? Please help and thank you.

Hello BP, I am 34 married with children. My husband and I own our home we live in and are looking to get into investing and flipping houses with little to zero down. We both work in the auto industry (chrysler) and are ready to be our own boss. I have always been a fan of the real estate business and love watching HGTV lol. We will be taking classes at our local college next month to obtain a real estate license, that will hopefully be a start as well as teaching us the ins and outs. We will be attending a seminar on Flipping Toledo on the 4th of March hosted by the guys that has the TV show "Flipping Boston".

I really enjoy this site for I have been reading, reading, and more reading along with watching all the webeniers. I must say I have learned a few things from you guys already so keep up the awesome work thanks again.
