@Nathan Fisher are you able recommend a bank that would consider such a thing?

I’ve also heard that banks get scared when knowing the money is being used for investing in realestate. Any advice on what I should say when applying for a personal loan?

@Ricky Chau if using hard money make sure you calculate interest and fees into your offer. It’s very hard to make brrrr work with hard money. Try to get more around 60% all in rather than 70% rule.

Is it impossible for a new investor to get an unsecured line of credit for around 100k-200k with no collateral but great established credit and income?
