If I start a house flipping BUSINESS under an LLC, do I still pay capital gains tax like an individual would?

If you don't mind I would like his info as well

Is it possible to buy a property from the owner AFTER the property is scheduled to be sold at an auction?

If not how do I find a list of tax delinquencies? I've seen this "sheriffs list" but that seems to be the properties that are set for auction already. I guess i'm looking for the pre foreclosure list for tax foreclosures. Is that even possible or are they automatically set for auction?

I am sorry in advance is this is a dumb question. Thanks for any help
