I am a realtor in Pensacola, FL. I have a client who is moving down here and needs to buy a home but she paid for everything her whole life with cash and has no credit. I have heard of ways some lenders can build credit using her past utility bill payments unsure how that works....... is anyone here local enough that could help in this situation?

post on the page your projects and you will get options, also if around your project you have some grey haired men go ask them that helped me too
