Good afternoon Everyone!

Excited for these next few weeks! I am in discussions with a seller to put a 100 unit apartment complex under a Master Lease with the option to buy. I am hoping to get any insight on things that I need to make sure to avoid, look out for,  or include in order for this master lease to be a WIN WIN for both parties! I have read a few blogs, and am a few books deep into master leases, but seeing as that this is my first one, some first hand experience from a few individuals would be awesome!

I wanted to start a discussion where individuals can connect and share unwanted leads, and others connect with those who have them. just because a lead doesn't fit one person's criteria, doesn't mean that it doesn't fit someone elses! I am in located in Orange county California and am always looking for new leads and am willing to share any that don't fit my criteria!

@Brent Blum and @Jerome Cooper would it be ok to add you guys to my buyers list in the case I have any properties available that you may be interested in? if so, any additional info on the types properties you guys are looking for would be awesome!
