I wanted to let you know I RSVPed, but depending on my work schedule, I may or may not be able to make it (it's a bit of a hike for me). I'll be sure to apprise you of my situation regardless.

However! I have a buddy in the Whitehorse Station area who is going to be attending the meeting, regardless if I show. He's is not on BP, but I wanted to notify you so you could correctly gauge your numbers.

I have not decided what area I will be investing in. Stony Point is definitely not the best area to do so.

I grew up in the White Plains, NY area therefore I know the market much more comprehensively. I may start my analysis research there just because I have a more firm grasp of the numbers.

The next area I want to research is Middletown, NY. It's much more reasonably priced, and it seems to be a center of commerce/necessities for it's outlying areas.
