New Member in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Hey fellow BiggerPocketers, I'm a newer member wanting to branch out and meet and network with other investors in Corpus Christi. Doing research now before I purchase my first home around mid 2019. I'm planning on a single family home to house hack and possibly rent out rooms while I do, or a MFP if I can find a deal on one. 

So before I pull the trigger (and still saving $ for it now), I'm analyzing lots of properties and crunching numbers. But some question have come up so I'll be looking to you more experienced members for some help if needed! If I can answer any questions then I'd be glad to!

I'm born and raised in Corpus Christi, so i feel i have a great understanding of the city and areas. So if you're new to town or just curious about it, let me know!

Really look forward to get to know other people with the same mindset and goals as me. With questions and answers back and forth, interesting stories/ ideas, or a potential Corpus Christi meet up!
