Hey @Brandon Turner , good to see your greeting. Thanks for the pointers, just figuring out the keywords. I will definitely go through ALL of the flipping materials. I may have to come out to your area and buy you a beer one of these days, when the weather warms up.

@Christopher Bowen I've been burying myself in the podcasts related to flipping. I'm also presently working boatloads of overtime at work so the podcasts and work have been where the majority of my waking hours have been.

@Joe Fairless Thanks for the heads up. I have little to know track record, just a rapidly expanding knowledge base. Do you have any particular areas you recommend getting experience in?
