Looking at buying some property for short term vacation rental in the keys. From what I understand the upper keys such as Key Largo and Islamorada will not allow short-term weekly vacation rentals. However Marathon key where I have been looking will. That being said my questions are.
Is there a way to get around the short term weekly rentals in Key Largo?

Also I was told by a real estate agent that the short term rental market in the keys is only good from January - April and June - July. Does this seem accurate???

I was thinking of trying Bright Path Loans they have good reviews when it comes to BBB. 

Like the title said just looking to see if there are any recommendation of lenders to work with or lenders to shy away from.
