Hi Justin, nice to meet you and thanks for your reply. Thanks also for sharing the links. There's so much information in the website and on YouTube that it's a little bit overwhelming so I'm trying to take things one step at a time. I'm for sure having fun learning though!

Is the state still making mainlanders wear masks on arrival? That's the scoop I'm hearing. If true, that has Got to be hurting the local economy and real estate. I recently read that the CDC said masks are a detriment (build up of spores, fungi and bacteria) unless it is washed daily and I know for sure most people don't wash their masks every day. Seems rather dystopian to force such an unsanitary practice. Please tell me it ain't true 'cause we really, really want to visit soon.

Hi there, not sure how rules are for visitors from out of state but when I go shopping I see people outside of businesses not wearing masks all the time (locals and tourists). Everyone is diligent about wearing it within businesses except dining in restaurants.

Hey Bleys, what a coincidence. That's really cool. Did you start your real estate journey by investing here or out of state? When I have free time I definitely want to arrange a time to meet up as I have a lot of questions about investing. Thanks for posting.

Totally agree. Prices are so high but I won't let that stop me with investing in real estate so I figure out of state is a great place to start. Are you looking anywhere in particular?

Hi! My name is Calvin. I live in Kapolei, Hawaiʻi and TBH I have zero experience with home ownership and renting out properties but I'm very interested. I enjoy traveling and eating (favorite food is pepperoni pizza :P ). The prices of homes in general here is way out of my household's budget so I am looking to start out by buying something out of state (eyeing out Austin, TX but open to other locations). Either single family homes or maybe condos. If any of you reading my posts lives nearby then we should definitely get together! Nice to meet all of you.
