the seller said there is no asbestos or lead paint to worry about but how do my own due diligence @Mike Reynolds?

Thank You @Mike Reynolds I hadn't thought about lead paint or asbestos. The home was built in 1901 so I know that definitely has to be budgeted for.

Thank you for your help Brandon. I found out there are 4 meters, it is right across the st from an elementary school. The taxes are 1500 a year

Hello I'm looking at a 4 plex that is being offered for 129,000 located in a historic district. Each unit needs 10-20k worth of work and potentially rents for 750-950. is this a good deal?
