To anyone using direct mail marketing in North Carolina. Have you prefer post cards, full color business envelopes, or something else? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello BP family hope somebody can help me with this question. My mother and grandmother owned a home together. my grandmother passed away but she had no will does this make my mother the owner of the home or does she have to go through probate since there was no will. Thank You in advance.

Yes I think that is a great idea. That whole area has grown, even Aberdeen has grown quite a bit.
